Roles/Responsibility

  1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  2. Designing and creating blog posts, articles, mailers, newsletters
  3. Assist in providing background research, design, and any other inputs required for writing articles, blogs to our team
  4. Design and create corporate services brochures
  5. Perform search engine optimization, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and website speeding up, continuously
  6. Identify and list the trending topics/keywords relevant to our existing/proposed businesses
  7. Efficiently executing email marketing by releasing Mailers/ Newsletters (Experience in using email marketing platforms like mail chimp, etc)
  8. Design, and create posts, videos, and advertisements for different service offerings, and job openings and publish them on the Firm’s page and different groups on LinkedIn to advertise and increase engagement with potential customers
  9. Launch optimized online adverts using Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  10. Acquire insight into online marketing trends and support organizational strategy

Experience/Skills Required

  1. Search Engine Optimization
    • SEO: Keyword research using Google keyword planner and Uber suggest, validating keywords using Google trends, constantly improving the ranking of our website pages, Metatag, and title tag writing.
    • Knowledge and experience in performing Content SEO
    • Technical SEO: Should have experience in speeding up of the website which affect SEO scores. Experience in optimizing website speed using Google page speed.
    • Experience and knowledge in using CDN
    • Site indexing, Google search console, linking search console and Google analytics, Backlinks, Increasing domain authority, link building (internal and external), protection against negative SEO
  3. WordPress website management
    • Experience in maintaining a theme-based WordPress website
    • Constantly improving and optimizing the current website developed using a professional theme
    • Adding new pages, optimizing pages, adding sliders, forms, and different designs for pages as required
    • Keeping the website design Responsive (desktop and mobile)
    • Compressing and optimizing images without losing quality, optimizing plugins, reducing server response time
    • JavaScript, CSS, and PHP coding should be known to add features to the website
    • Prior experience in speeding up WordPress website
    • Editing, and creating images as per requirement using photo editing software like Photoshop and CorelDraw
  4. Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook
    • Complete and in-depth experience in using Google Analytics, generating meaningful reports, and weekly reporting of Google Analytics to the reporting manager
    • Reducing bounce rates, increasing user footfalls to the website, identifying actionable insights from Google Analytics
    • Experience of developing ads (normal and display ads), creating campaigns, and optimizing campaigns using Google Ads
    • Experience in placing advertisements on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
    • Experience in marketing using LinkedIn. Should know how to create, post content on company pages to increase followers, and maintain the company pages.
